Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by You

You may cancel your booking at any time. The following cancellation charges will apply:

• More than 30 days before departure: 10% of total booking amount
• 15-30 days before departure: 25% of total booking amount
• 7-14 days before departure: 50% of total booking amount
• Less than 7 days before departure: No refund

2. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used during booking.

3. Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to insufficient bookings or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to book an alternative tour of equal value.

4. No-Show Policy

Failure to arrive on the scheduled departure date will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.

5. Special Cases

In case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other force majeure events, our standard cancellation policy may be modified. We will notify affected customers as soon as possible.
